Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with Redwood Cricket Company, no portion or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means. The Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Redwood Cricket Company, its affiliated companies or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed. All such rights are reserved.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the Content are free of charge and provided 'as is' and without any warranties of any kind. The information on the Site is for general information purposes only and does not constitute advice. Redwood Cricket Company does not represent or warrant that the information and/or facilities contained in the Site are accurate, complete or current, or that the Site or the server that makes the Site available are free of viruses or any other harmful components. Further, Redwood Cricket Company will not provide for specific IT infrastructure or connectivity. Thus Redwood Cricket Company cannot represent or warrant the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Neither Redwood Cricket Company, nor any of its employees, officers, directors nor any of its agents or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Content on the Site, including damages caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information on the Site, or the performance of the products or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, even if Redwood Cricket Company has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
5 Delivery
Standard delivery cost is £6 for all orders to Mainland UK up to 10kg in weight. For export deliveries please email products required, including the overseas address, and our team will provide a delivery cost quote asap.
All orders are dispatched to the address provided in the delivery address box. Redwood Cricket accept no responsibility for delivery addresses that have been entered incorrectly by you the customer at the time of placing an order.
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. If there are any unforeseen delays then we shall contact you by email or telephone.
6 Remittance
We accept online payment by all major debit cards/credit cards, with the exception of American Express.
We use the online payment system Barclaycard EPDQ for Credit and Debit card transactions. We do not store any of your credit or debit card details. Barclaycard will not provide any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.
You agree that all details that you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct and that the credit/debit card account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
7 Returns Policy
i) If you are not entirely happy with your goods upon receipt then we are happy to offer a refund for the goods or exchange. This is providing that the goods have not been used or damaged and are returned in their original packaging. We shall only accept a return within 7 days of you the customer receiving the delivery of goods. In this instance you the customer shall be responsible for paying postage costs incurred in the returning of goods. Upon returning, please always include your name, address, contact details and reasons for returning. ii) Upon delivery of your order, if your goods have been delivered incorrectly (eg are not the correct model or size from your order placed with us) then we will exchange the goods for the correct model and/or size originally ordered. This is providing that the goods have not been used or damaged and are returned in their original packaging. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We always advise that all returns are sent using a recorded delivery service. Upon returning, please always include your name, address, contact details and reasons for returning. Please note that postage costs are only refundable in cases where goods / orders that have been incorrectly dispatched by Redwood Cricket Company.
8 Cancellation Policy
Orders are generally picked and packed within 2 working days. If you wish to cancel then please email info@карандаш.орг.рус immediately.
9 Privacy Policy
Redwood Cricket Company does not disclose customers information to third parties. We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with information regarding Redwood Cricket products, deals, newsletters and competitions, however you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from these emails.
